All I've been hearing this year is 2009 is this is the year to buy. The real-estate market is at it's lowest point in years. The country is riddled with cheap houses, short sales and foreclosures. With all the surplus one could perceive that finding and purchasing a house would be as easy as falling off a log. If you are like me and thought that you are so wrong! Falling off a log is so much easier!
I'm not accustomed to writing testimonials since I've never been as passionate about the person and the service I received from Aaron Roth. I don't want to ramble about how great of a guy he is, or how hard he worked for us through every part of the process. For some reason that just doesn't seem to cut it with Aaron. All I can suggest is to meet with him, get a feel for the type of person he is and I attest that he as genuine and honest as he comes across.
During these times anyone purchasing a house needs someone in their corner to fight for you and look out for number one. The banks are ridiculous and at most times lack just common-sense. Sellers are emotional and unpredictable and can cause big issues. Having sellers and banks panicking makes for an emotional and unstable process.
