I have 15 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. I am a Broker, State Certified Appraiser, Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Appraiser, Realtor and Member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. Consistently continuing my education, taking courses and earning designations is a priority for me. The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is currently a designation that I am working toward as well as the Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI).
I have extensive experience in valuation, acquisitions, seller, investor and buyer representation. My roles include Broker Associate, Operations Manager, Project Manager for fix and flip investments at Ranch and Coast Residential and Investments
